Save the World is a web based evangelism ministry, delivering peoples from the captivity of Satan, and turning them from darkness into light. It is founded in 2005 by Mr. Babatope Babalobi,  a Nigerian, working presently as the Director, The Bread of Life Development Foundation (BLF), an NGO

We  spread the word via web 2.0 applications,

John 3:16-20: “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world: but that the world through him might be saved.

He that believeth in him is not condemned; but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved”  

I was called int this ministry  on June 23, 2002, when in a dream, I was taken up by the forefinger of the right hand of a spirit being and shown two dreams/visios. 

The first, expresses how the flower and beauty of the world had been polluted by sins; and in the second dream, I saw images depicting Sexual immorality- how ladies have turned themselves to loaves of Bread, and are being fondled by men because of monetary rewards.

Thereafter, I clearly heard two messages: “Set the captives free”. “Give sight to the blind.” and, the Spirit Being engaged me in a dialogue thus:

“Tope (this is the abridged form of my first name-Babatope) will you go?” “Where is the money?” I responded. “The money in the hands of Satan is mine”, said the Spirit being. Then I asked: “How do I start?’ There was no response to this, and I woke up

Over time, I  prayerfully meditated on the meaning and interpretation of these words of knowledge and dreams, and the Holy Spirit referred me to Acts26: 16-18:   

“But rise, and stand upon thy feet: for I have appeared unto thee for this purpose, to make thee a minister and a witness both of these things thou hast seen, and of those things in the which I will appear unto thee; Delivering thee from the people, and from the Gentiles, unto whom now I send thee, To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me”

 During these years, God started opening opportunities for me to be trained in the use of web applications, and the Holy Spirit informed me that the purpose of this new knowledge in Information and communications  technologies is to enable me me harness it for evangelism, in the near future.

 However, on September 19, 2005, the Holy Spirit gave me more understanding of the earlier revelations, informing me that-

I am a Minister (servant of God), not by human ordination, but by ordination of the Holy Spirit in the order of Peter (Mathew 4:18-19), and Paul (Acts 26:13-18) And that I am directly answerable to, and under the sole authority of Christ.

That I am being called by Christ (1 Cur. 4:1) to be a Minister of the word (Luke 1:2),  I should without further delay “arise and stand upon my feet” (Acts26: 16) to spread the good news.

Luke 4:18: The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the broken hearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at Liberty them that are bruised”  

I meditated on these insights, and that same day, the Holy Spirit  told me to name ministry Save the World, and its activities commenced that same day, September 19, 2005.
